On behavior homomorphisms and system equivalence

چکیده
In this paper we introduce the concept of a behavior homomorphisms and isomorphisms and use it to present a uni.ed approach to the study of equivalence of di/erent behavior representations concentrating on a special representation we call normalized ARMA (NARMA) representation. c © 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. A Certain Class of Character Module Homomorphisms on Normed Algebras
For two normed algebras $A$ and $B$ with the character space $bigtriangleup(B)neq emptyset$ and a left $B-$module $X,$ a certain class of bounded linear maps from $A$ into $X$ is introduced. We set $CMH_B(A, X)$ as the set of all non-zero $B-$character module homomorphisms from $A$ into $X$. In the case where $bigtriangleup(B)=lbrace varphirbrace$ then $CMH_B(A, X)bigcup lbrace 0rbrace$ is...
متن کاملAn equivalence functor between local vector lattices and vector lattices
We call a local vector lattice any vector lattice with a distinguished positive strong unit and having exactly one maximal ideal (its radical). We provide a short study of local vector lattices. In this regards, some characterizations of local vector lattices are given. For instance, we prove that a vector lattice with a distinguished strong unit is local if and only if it is clean with non no-...
متن کاملOn Homomorphisms of n-D Behaviors
Different modeling procedures applied to a physical system may result in behaviors which are distinct but nevertheless share many structural properties. Such behaviors are isomorphic in a sense which we formalize and characterize in this paper. More generally, we introduce a natural notion of homomorphisms between behaviors of multidimensional systems, generalizing recent work of Fuhrmann. A ge...
متن کاملFUZZY SUBGROUPS AND CERTAIN EQUIVALENCE RELATIONS
In this paper, we study an equivalence relation on the set of fuzzysubgroups of an arbitrary group G and give four equivalent conditions each ofwhich characterizes this relation. We demonstrate that with this equivalencerelation each equivalence class constitutes a lattice under the ordering of fuzzy setinclusion. Moreover, we study the behavior of these equivalence classes under theaction of a...
متن کاملA study of behaviors
The paper presents the results of the study of behavior theory as developed by J.C. Willems from the point of view of polynomial and rational models. Considering behaviors, in the discrete time case, to be generalizations of rational models, a natural focal point becomes the concept of a behavior homomorphism. We give a characterization of behavior homomorphisms and analyze their invertibility ...
